Quadrant Trim

Sitting on the 90-degree internal corner of your room a quadrant trim fits directly onto the surface of your panels.

Fitting wall panels with awkward shaped walls can be troublesome. Using a quadrant trim gives tolerance to the cuts of your wall panel and helps provide a professional consistent finish while concealing all signs of silicone sealant.

They also help provide a watertight finish in wet wall areas by sealing your internal corner with silicone sealant and applying the quadrant trim on top. Resulting in a waterproof and decorative finish to your internal corner.

Another advantage of using a quadrant trim is that it relinquishes the need to cut each panel perfectly when meeting an internal edge. This allows you a bit more freedom when it comes to cutting and shaping your panel for quadrant use as it does not have to be perfect.

It all depends on how many internal corners you have in your room.

Any angle where two cladding panels will be meeting edge to edge will need to be covered by trim.

For a bathroom wet wall only you will likely need 2x quadrant trims for each side of the bath.

For a shower if it is 2x walls only you will need 1x quadrant trim. If your shower has 3x walls you will need 2x quadrant trims

Quadrant trims are suitable for all cladding types and sizes.

Most trim types feature slots where the cladding slots into but the quadrant trim fits directly to the cladding surface instead.

Quadrant trims are commonly used to seal the joint between wall and ceiling panels.

To allow the quadrant trims to cover a wider variety of bathroom dimensions they are also available in a longer than standard length of 4000mm.

10mm cladding

Specifically designed for 10mm thick panels, often referred to as shower wall panels the PROPANEL® XL and PROPANEL® LUUX panels are stronger 10mm thick panels. Quadrant trims are suitable for use with this type of cladding.

8mm cladding

Standard decorative cladding tends to come in 8mm thickness. Quadrant trims are suitable for use with this type of cladding.

5mm cladding

Thinner trade value cladding panels come in 5mm thickness. These are the thinnest and most cost-effective decorative panels available. Quadrant trims are suitable for use with this type of cladding.
